Bob & Lisa Hartye started as a Sales Team with Coldwell Banker La Costa Realty in 2002. After a few months, Lisa was appointed Resident Broker of such firm, and Bob became Top Producer. In April 2005, they decided to open a new division: Flamingos Realty, to cover the great North area of Costa Vallarta, and specifically to represent, sale and manage new projects in the area. Nowadays, they decided to start a new venture, and started a brand new Real Estate office: PV Projects. Bob is the Director of Sales & Broker, and Lisa manages the office.
